Wheat Corn Soy and Sugar


Doing the research to find out the facts

Knowing for quite some time that wheat, corn, soy and sugar are detrimental to ones health has led me to research vibrant live whole and living foods. Wheat, corn, soy and sugar should be avoided as much as possible, because they are highly processed and possibly GMO - 

  1. "Forty percent of the worlds genetically modified (GM) crops are grown in the U.S., where Monsanto controls 80 percent of the GM corn market, and 93 percent of the GM soy market. Worldwide, 282 million acres are planted in Monsantos GM crops, up from only 3 million in 1996, according to Food and Water Watch." source

Wheat and Sugar

How can we be sure that the wheat corn and soy are non GMO unless it says organic on the label?  These foods are also are addictive and can negatively impact the body.  The wheat and sugar especially can have a negative impact on the colon and can change the brains chemistry.

Furthermore,

All cooked foods are dead foods which takes energy for the body to digest.  Therefore, as the human being is more of an electrical conductive organism it would make sense to eat foods which enable an easier cellular exchange in energy - (live raw foods) one which creates electricity rather than takes up energy.

Here comes the crunch

What I have discovered is that on the supermarket shelves the wheat; corn; soy and sugar are in a lot of foods and it takes a great deal of effort to read every single ingredient prior to purchasing the items.  Most people do not care and want to experience the taste and get a brain fix without thinking about the long term damage they are doing.  They then complain when there are problems with their health.  All healing of the physical body has to start with looking at what is being put into the body because most often that is to blame.  It is too easy to choose to eat the crap and too easy to complain when people get fat!  Do the research then use your brain to decide what is good for you.  The more you research the more you will find out the studies to discover the truth and then put into practice more healthful choices.

Alternatives to wheat corn soy and sugar:

Instead of eating the following:

Wheat - Quinoa/ Gluten free Oats/ Amaranth/ brown rice/ basmati rice

Corn - Heirloom varieties are best otherwise choose from above.

Sugar - Choose fruit/ honey or agave

It is challenging to change the diet/ food habits but when you see what difference it makes to the physical body after changing your food habits then the results will be so addictive you will want to stick with the changes.
