2- have Apple cider vinegar or Grapefruit its good for diet because you reduce feeling hungry.

3-for useful diet take green salad with vinegar it reduce eating food with more calories and it will make you feel satiety

4- take Tablets apostasy its very good in diet its increases size in your stomach

5-eat very slowly more than 20 minutes every time

6- cutting food to small Pieces and eaten it very slow

7- eat with children Tableware

8-when you eating put fork on the table between eating

9- dont eat when you stand up and eat quiet and relax

10- dont eat when you are watching TV
